- Troubleshoot System Management Tools functions (monitoring) when error occurs
- Perform day to day activities
- Respond to incident tickets and provide updates in a timely manner. Escalate where necessary
- Implement and deliver scripts related to the monitoring tools
- Respect the different Operational/Service Level Agreement when we are providing our services
