Skills
- Develop hardware system architecture for embedded controllers and networking, including engineering specification and acceptance criteria; Board design based on different processor chips ( Intel , TI, Freescale, AMD,)
- Experience in Schematics Tools and PCB layout Tools
- Experience in Signal integrity, timing analysis and Design validation
- Experience in High -Speed Mulit Layer Board design , bring-up and testing
- Experience in EMI/EMC testing
- Design experince in for latest high speed technologies like PCI Express, HT, SPI4.2, XAUI, XGMII Gigabit Ethernet, Infiniband and SRIO
- Designing FPGA validation boards based Xilinx ,Altera and Lattice Semconductor FPGAs
- Designing boards based high speed memories , DDR2/3, FBDIMM, QDR, RLDRAM
- Board debugging, including use of logic analyzer and digital oscilloscope for diagnosing problems and soldering station to apply required reworks; Low-level programming using C, C++, and Assembly to debug hardware system; Perform system design validation and test
- Develop and capture schematic in OrCAD; Providing inputs to PCB design, including placement, routing, signal integrity verification
- Assist in identifying Alternate parts for procurement, Assmebly and Fabrication support
- Product level testing DVT, PVT , EM/EMC and EMS Coordination
