  • Should have handled a team size of min 10 members
  • Daily meetings with team
  • Motivate team and ensure they achieve their targets
  • Daily monitoring of call activity, customer visits, site visits of the team
  • Help sales team in sales closing and meeting their individual targets as well as team targets
  • Create a strong network of channel partners and get good sales through channel partners
  • Treat every day as a month end' and must follow-up & push on sales closures every single day
  • Preparing & submitting daily sales reports & other required analysis
  • Prepare quarterly & Monthly plan of action
  • Conduct own BTL activities to generate leads
  • INSURANCE OR TELECOM OR TIME SHARES EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS
