Evaluation of the position with respect to the skills, competencies, responsibilities, key deliverables and other details is done followed by a discussion with the client on the same.
Organizational mapping with respect to the clients business, its structure, compensation, culture and growth plans. The mapping exercise is often supported by inputs from the internal market research team that covers aspects like job titles, reporting structures, compensation, locations, key accountabilities and other such details.
Sourcing Methodology is decided on the basis of the given parameters and research. Inputs from previous assignments and pilot study help arrive at the targeted companies and list of promising candidates. The selection process is also discussed with the client to ensure that the right talent is sourced in the given time frame.
Identification of the suitable candidates searched from various sources like the databases, advertising or networking.
Contact with the potential candidates is then made and they are briefed about the position, organization and the role specifications. A detailed discussion with the candidates ensures that the expectations from both ends are well communicated and understood and the potential candidates are motivated to pursue the opportunity.
Evaluation is done for the match of the candidate vis-à-vis the competencies required by the client and also the interest of the candidate in context of his career aspirations and the culture of the client’s organization. Administration of technical tests and assessment tools for behavioral analysis is done in line with the selection process defined along with the client.
Interviews with the client are scheduled after the submission of the suitable profiles and the assessment reports for the short listed candidates. Complete interview support is given to the client and the candidate including operational aspects such as travel arrangements or directions to the venue.
Reference Checks are carried out for the selected candidates and the summary of the same submitted ahead of the offer or joining, as desired by the client.
Offer Negotiation is done with the final candidate. Inputs from the team on the market trends, competitor’s compensation for the level and taxation and benefits assist in a closure.
Follow up with the candidate & client post joining is done for a smoother transitioning of the candidate into his new role and culture.
Feedback from the client on the efficiency of the search brings the process to a closure.
