- The person should necessarily have excellent customer-service orientation to do the job.
- He or she needs to have strong interpersonal and listening skills to resolve the issues of the customers.
- He or she should have the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a hard-hitting environment and stay within strict timelines and guidelines of the organization.
Specifics of the role
- Be the single point of contact for all customers
- Soft Reminder calls to customers with regard to upcoming milestone payments
- Addressing all queries from a customer with regard to his property/construction phases etc.
- Liaise and work with the Centralized Back office, Collection teams, and onsite teams were required to ensure accurate and timely information and resolution are communicated to customers.
- Ensuring all customer interactions /communications is entered in Sales Force on a daily basis.
- Receivable follow-up to reach the daily & monthly collection targets
- Attending to & resolving all customer queries related to after-sales handoff.
- Calling the Customer and keeping him informed about the construction progress & the upcoming installments that will be due.
- Persuading the customer to pay the installment amount before due date.
- It will be the duty to oversee that all the laws and standard measures are followed while dealing with customers.
- He or she needs to collaborate with the CRM team and other departments such as Legal, Design Teams etc. to ensure the accurate communication of objectives.
