• Outlook 2007 / 2003 / 2002 configuration and troubleshooting
• Antivirus agent installation and troubleshooting
• Printer configuring, and installing all hard ware drivers
• Hardware troubleshooting knowledge
• Remote troubleshooting knowledge
• MS office installation and troubleshooting
• Application installations like MS Office, SQL, JAVA etc
• LAN troubleshooting and management
