  • DW Architect + ETL Expert
  • More specifically we need this candidate to have implemented replication or CDC on enterprise clustered SQL environments (ideally for a commercial internet company preferably media online advertising) with database (normalized + star Kimball schemas) design experience as well
  • Expert knowledge of advanced (de)normalized database design (incl advanced indexing-constraints) T-SQL and ETL development
  • Superb command of English is required
  • Troubleshoot existing solutions by demonstrating expertise on debugging/analysing a) T-SQL execution plan b) ssIs pipeline execution plan c) DMVs performance-related results
  • Optimise a) physical database/dw e.g. indexing, constraints, partition, clustering etc and b) ETL-ssIs solution using e.g. pipeline plan, memory buffers, control/data flow tuning etc
