  • Experience in Oracle Payroll 11i with 1-2 implementation experience in India
  • Lead the technical & functional team
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, functional specifications, testing & deployment
  • Good communication skills & able to manage CRP, user training & UAT
  • Should have thorough knowledge of India statutory Payroll requirement's (Income Tax/ESI/PF/PT)
  • Mandatory: atleast 1 full life cycle payroll implementation
  • Preferably: India Payroll implementation

    • Technical
  • Proficient and experienced in writing Fast formulae
  • Should have worked on Element design
  • Worked on Initial Balance Loading
  • Expert in Balances, Inputs values, Balance Feed, Skip rules, Dimensions concept
  • Should be able to develop bespoke reports(D2K/Discoverer/XML reports)
  • Should have worked in Payroll data migration
  • Should have developed payroll interfaces with third party tools
  • Have fair knowledge of payroll process flow
  • Mandatory: Should have worked in Payroll implementation
