• Description: Under the direction of the Director of Quality, Risk & Compliance Mgmt, the applicant will ensure understanding, compliance and continuous improvement of policies, frameworks, processes and procedures.
• We are looking for a dynamic, observant, self-disciplined and articulate applicant who will plan, audit, report and follow-up on deficiencies will found during internal ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 audits.
• The applicant will also be involved in the planning and execution of external renewal certification audits. The applicant’s role will be to ensure internal GIS member readiness, as well as provide support to both the GIS members and the external auditor, ensuring a successful certificate renewal.
• The applicant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively and efficiently conduct audit interviews and internal training/refresher sessions.
• The applicant will be part of a global team and must therefore be autonomous as well as a team player, ensuring business unit alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and conduct internal ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 audits
• Plan, prepare, and ensure readiness for external certification audits
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Work with auditees to resolve compliance issues
• Prepare and present training material related to conformity
• Perform necessary follow-up to ensure issues are addressed

Experience:
• CGI and/or GIS experience is an asset
• Operational experience in an outsourcing environment
• I TIL knowledge
• Auditor educational background or relevant experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 requirements
• Experience conducting workshops and/or training sessions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
