3-5years of direct work experience in software packaging
1 year experience in Altiris Client Management 7
Altiris certifications on Client Management 7 is required (Altiris Client Management Suite 7.0 Core Administration and Symantec Management Platform 7.0 Administration with Notification Server).
Work experience in Virtualization tool such as App-V and Thinstall is recommended
Excellent Knowledge of Wise Package Studio 7 and 8
Excellent Knowledge of scripting tools
Good understanding of windows XP/7 Registry structure
Good understanding of admin/user rights
Able to coordinate packaging activities by showing good organization and communication skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills and candidates must have the ability to communicate with internal/external customers, vendors, management etc. in both formal and informal situations.
Strong interpersonal skills are needed to team well with peers, customers, project managers, and vendors.
Able and used to work in a multi-cultural, "virtual team" environment but also self-driving.
