    2. Qualitative : Should have completed solo-assignments (in any 3 of the following)

    a.Design of Instructional Tools for Training** Content (Activity-worksheets)

    b.Customization of Learning Aids for Training** Faculty (Role Plays / Case Studies)

    c.Competency Mapping/Benchmarking – Selecting & Defining Core Competencies for specific positions; Calibration of Measurement Scales for Competencies

    d.Training Need Analysis – Identification of Competency Gaps using scientific methods Should have participated/contributed to projects on (any 2 of the following)

    e.Design of Assessment Center Tools (In Basket Activities / Games / FGDs)
