Ensuring defective pending from local WS to CWH coordinating with locations
Inventory control by reducing the transit time from the field to CWH, repair centre, CWH.
Follow up with ASP, WS , RPS for defective pending.
Planning , refreshing RIWSL spares list as per the trends every fortnight ensuring all spares are available at RIWSL.
Creating and implementing of the proper process of the identification of fake spares claims for ASP or NSI by proper inward checking mechanism , non tear-able stickers etc.
Complete ownership including tracking of spares movement, defectives collections from field.

a) Timely dispatches based on forecasts. Communication in print & verbal to regions, Tracking shortages & pre-empting the problems.
b) Vendor Management – Factory, suppliers, packaging vendors. Follow ups & escalations to higher ups for timely actions. Vendor Ratings.
