Source, interview, and select applicants for technical position.
Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties
Write job descriptions and match applicants to job openings
Source for future job openings
List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels
View applications, Call applicants and perform phone screens
Arrange applicants for formal interview meeting(s)
Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview
Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant
Interview applicants, Hand out and grade assessments
Participate in final selection of applicant
Create database of possible candidates for various positions
Involve in Campus hiring where required
Ensure the department's administrative Duties and record keeping needs
Check candidates references
Inform candidate of company's decision
Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits
Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools
Manage the full candidate life cycle process including Head-hunting/sourcing, Identification / Skill set mapping, Scheduling interviews, Technical screening etc.
Handle back office tasks as well as maintain the database of resumes in various skills.
Coordinate with Project and resource managers based in US and India.
Any experience in using Recruiting tools will be a plus.
